For orders to the US & PR, standard shipping is $6.50.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee depending on your location. These options & prices are listed at check out.
Delicate Daisys Botanical Beauty does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is specified as the address on the checkout page, the order will be cancelled before it is shipped from the warehouse. The customer will not be charged for the cancelled order.
Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for warehouse processing for all shipping methods.
Your order will arrive within 7-10 business days for orders placed to the contiguous US. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take 15 days or longer to arrive once shipped.
Please note, that due to recent pandemic, shipping time-frames may be extended in certain areas.
Don’t panic! Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. In most cases, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. In the meantime, be sure to check with your neighbors and local post office for more information.

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - WI, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, AZ, MA, MD, VA, NV, VT, LA, OK and all provinces in Canada. Sales tax is calculated on the total of your order, after discount. The amount of tax charged to your order depends on your shipping address. The tax is calculated based on state rates and the items you are purchasing. We'll always show you how much Sales Tax you'll be charged when you go to checkout.
In order to get your products to you as soon as possible, your order begins processing immediately after it's placed. Once it’s processed, we're unable to change or cancel it. However, if you need to return your order please see our return policy for additional information.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm the details of your order.
For US orders, we accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, ApplePay, and AmazonPay. Please note we do not accept banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks or money orders.
When you place an order using a debit or credit card, an authorization is obtained from your bank. The authorization places a temporary hold on the funds. Please note: these funds have not been deducted but are being held within your account to ensure the order can be processed. This hold typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending on the policy of your bank. Your debit or credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
For security purposes, we require the billing & shipping countries/regions of your purchase to be the same.
Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado Imposes a retail delivery fee on all orders shipped to a location in Colorado. This fee will be Included at customer checkout. For additional Information please visit the Colorado Department of Revenue.
Due to country/region specific cosmetic regulations, certain products may not be available in your locale. In addition, express shipping options may be limited in certain countries/regions due to shipping carrier limitations.
SPF regulations vary from country/region to country/region, therefore in specific locales we are unable to make SPF products available.

Depending on your bank or payment processor, US refunds should be processed within 7-10 business days.
